Management Team

Khairoul Nazim is Chief Executive Officer of Maishince Academy. Drawing on his years studying and working in Japan, he has built the Academy's Malaysia–Japan programmes, including Japanese language training and overseas immersion programmes for corporate clients.

He is a professional trainer recognised by HRD Corp and Cradle Fund, with a track record in blockchain, IR4.0 and digital-transformation training for government agencies, universities and industry. He has been invited to speak on entrepreneurship and information technology at IIUM, UMPSA, MDEC and private colleges, and was interviewed by Shibuya Cross FM in Tokyo (October 2019) and Bernama Radio (November 2019).

He was lead trainer for the DeepTech & Future Skills Programme (Blockchain & Cyber-Physical System) with MOSTI and MTDC, and leads the Academy's engagement with public-sector clients such as the Ministry of Digital.

Rozihan Izmi is Chief Operating Officer of Maishince Academy, responsible for programme operations, curriculum development and delivery quality across all training tracks.

A software and SaaS practitioner, he designs and leads the Academy's AI and system development programmes, including AI-assisted coding, SaaS web application development and API integration architecture.

He leads the Professional Diploma in Blockchain Engineering offered with Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), and is active in community technology education, including AI programmes for schools and inclusive digital-skills training for persons with disabilities.

Bukhari leads business development at Maishince Academy: client engagement, corporate and public-sector proposals, and industry and academic collaborations.

A Certified NFT Expert (Blockchain Council) and HRD Corp-recognised trainer, he graduated from the University of Fukui in 2006 and spent over a decade in research and development at Japanese multinationals in Malaysia.

Since 2019 he has been part of a Shariah-compliant cryptocurrency exchange project funded by a Japanese investor. He is Secretary General of Crypto Valley Malaysia, Head of the Blockchain Cluster at MIFA, and Project Director for the Professional Diploma in Blockchain Engineering run with UMPSA Advanced.
